Flavour
Lisa was really looking forward to trying this one as she loves ginger and Kombucha so this one seems like a marriage made in heaven! This was a fizzy little madam - careful when opening as the cap shot off (had possibly been stored slightly too warm). The bubbles soon dissipated. The ginger flavour is quite subtle - but with a lovely freshness - a hint of freshly grated ginger rather than a fiery ginger that burns! The ginger balances the Kombucha nicely without overpowering it. Overall a bright, zingy drink!

very slightly cloudy with some sediment (best not to shake) , very pale straw colour
